She arrives with “Fresh blood in Twillford.” and a remark about your predecessor, “The last dressmaker left town almost ten years ago.” Your cat is not won over; her reply: “How disappointing. The feline does not return my tender feelings.” Then the name: “I am the Lady Vivian Duskbourne.”

Her introduction only hints at what she is: the cat does not warm to her, her achievement is called Good Girl Gone Vlad, and one of the answers you can give when she introduces herself is that you are going to buy garlic.
