Who Fiona is

She tries to order before introducing herself, and when pressed for her life story: “Dressmaker, I have a lot of responsibilities to attend to. I can't spend all day lollygagging with complete strangers.” Her plan, in her words, “is to transform my farm into a fresh produce empire.” “It will not be accomplished through idle chit-chat.”

Her cards also tie her to other clients: she helps Edith prepare for an interview, walks the hedge maze with Dorothy, and puts Edith in a carrot costume at the Market Fair.
